Join us in-person for a coffee cake baking party at the Food Innovation Lab (in the RMI sensory building) between 7-9 pm on Monday, January 31st! Paid members receive priority registration until the 27th at 12am, then any members can register from the 28th until the 30th (open spots permitting). It will be $5 for paid members and $8 for non-paid members. All baking ingredients and tools are included. Bring a tupperware container if you want to take home half of your cake!

November 19 - Milk Chocolate Mocha Blondies Demonstration
Come join us on Zoom for an online baking party! One of our board members will be demonstrating their favorite recipe and we invite you to join from your own home. Learn a new recipe and test out your baking skills with other members of the club or just come to chat with fellow members!
The recipe needed:
2 cups/250 grams, spooned and leveled, all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
14 tbsp/200 grams unsalted butter (melted, slightly cooled)
1 ½ cups/300 grams packed brown sugar (light or dark)
1 large egg and 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup/8 oz milk chocolate chips
(Optional) 3-4 tsp espresso powder

Help the club fundraise by packing pre measured cookie kits at Wellman Hall room 25 on Saturday, November 6th 1-3pm.
